  The Mkuju Uranium Project is located in Southern Tanzania and comprises 6 active tenements covering a total area of 730 km2. Extensive Uranium anomalism has been identified across current tenements within coarse sandstone sediments within the Karoo Supergroup. To date existing Mineral Resources have only been calculated within a portion of the Likuyu North Prospect (11.6Mt @ 237ppm for 6.1Mlbs U3O8). The Likuyu North Mineral Resource includes 2.5 Mlbs U3O8 defined as an Indicated resource, the remaining mineralisation defined as Inferred. Uranium mineralisation occurs in coarse sandstones between clay horizons within a braided channel system with apparent tabular and roll front deposit characteristics. After the JORC Resource was announced further drilling did take place which hasn’t been calculated in an updated resource, but its estimated that the current resource would be close to 10m lbs at a grade close to 300ppm.

  An example of a similar sandstone hosted Uranium deposit includes the Uranium One owned 124 Mlbs @ 300ppm U3O8 Mkuju River deposit less than 50km to the North of the Mkuju Uranium Project within Tanzania. ARMZ paid over AUD$1b for the Mkuju River deposit. The Mkuju River project has some of the lowest acid consumption numbers in the world and costs of $23lb to produce, the Magnis Mkuju project has similar low acid consumption numbers as well.

  Drilling at the Likuyu North Prospect intersected substantial higher grade Uranium mineralisation, the known mineralised zone extends to just 2.6km of the 5km defined radiometric anomaly. An example of a higher grade coarse sandstone hosted interval includes 10.5m @ 1,124ppm U3O8 from diamond hole MKDD0009. This sandstone interval like many others are relatively permeable and provide zones of preferential fluid flow whilst appearing to be consistently sandwiched between consistent clay layers; along with an apparent static water table of around 10 to 20m below ground level with the vast majority of mineralisation below the groundwater surface; each key component increasing the likelihood of In-Situ Leach (ISL) being a viable lower CAPEX/OPEX and lower surface environment impacting Uranium extraction option.

  Mineralisation at Likuyu North remains open in a number of directions and with a number of drill holes ending in mineralisation. With exploration to date focusing on surface radiometric anomalies that are generated by near surface responses (typically <0.5m - 2m) the potential exists for mineralisation along known palaeochannels to continue to be extended or discovered under shallow cover. Less than half of the mineralised radiometric anomaly at Likuyu North has been drilled sufficiently to evaluate the potential occurrence of economic mineralisation. There is evidence that the trend goes deeper to the southern end of the known deposit. Evidence suggests that the favorable paleochannels capable of several times the drilled out deposit could extend in multiple directions.

  Of the five anomalies in the tenement package there is 69kms of uranium anomalies less than 5% of the anomalies have been explored, only Likuyu North has been explored of those shown in the picture below.

  In addition to Likuyu North is the drilled and downhole gamma logged Grand Central Prospect which although currently limited in its definition shows similar size and geological characteristics to the Likuyu North Uranium Resource; whilst the surface expression of radiometric anomalies at the Likuyu South Prospect are about 3 times the size of the Likuyu North trend; each additional prospect along with other identified radiometric anomalies highlight the potential within the regional tenement package.
